‘Automagically’ updated
Important and necessary documentation is updated ‘automagically’ when you fill out the protocol. We also ensure that this information is up-to-date.
Start with the treatment protocol
The protocol can help you with several things:
- You can gain overview over which personal data you are collecting and using.
- People who you are collecting data from can feel safe in the knowledge that this data won’t og astray, or be misused.
- You need’nt be worried about an inspection from the Data Protection Authority.

‘Automagic’ generation of necessary documentation
When you start to fill out the activities in the treatment protocol, data processing agreements are immediately generated. Risk assessments and privacy statements are also automatically generated.
This is how it works:
1.
Data processing agreements
When you’ve filled out the activities in the treatment protocol, data processing agreements are immediately generated.
If you use a supplier, you need to have a data processor agreement. This should ensure that personal data which is sent over is processed in accordance with GDPR, and sets a clear framework for how the data should be processed.
Example:
If you send personal data about the staff to an external accountant who pays out salary, then you need a data proessing agreement with the accountant.
2.
Privacy statement
When you’ve filled out the activities in the treatment protocol, a privacy statement is immediately generated.
A privacy statement describes which personal data you process. You declare (explain) which personal data you process, who is responsible for the processing and who the customer can contact, and which rights the customer has.
Example:
How you handle personal data to send newsletters by email .
3.
Risk assessment:
When you’ve filled out the activities in the treatment protocol, a risk assessment is immediately generated.
A risk assessment is a tool to identify undesirable incidents and the risk that these will occur.
Example:
You store an employee’s sensitive medical records in a folder. What do you do to ensure that no-one accesses these records?

- Simplicity is important. I wasn’t looking forward to it, but the Privacy Advisor in Adminkit explained things in an easy way. This made me sink my shoulders a bit. GDPR wasn’t as difficult as I thought it was before we started the process. Read the whole story (NO)
